How do I book a session?
You can book directly through our contact form or by messaging us on Facebook or Instagram. Once we confirm availability and details, you’ll receive an invoice and scheduling confirmation.
When will I receive my photos or video?
Final media is typically delivered within 24–72 hours of your session. Delivery times may vary depending on project size and weather conditions.
How will I receive my photos and videos?
All media is delivered digitally through a secure download link. You’ll receive full-resolution photos and high-quality video files ready for MLS or social media.
What areas do you service?
Lakeview Aerials proudly serves Lake County and surrounding Northeast Ohio areas. Travel outside this area may include a small mileage fee.
Do you need permission to fly drones for real estate?
Yes — all drone operations follow FAA Part 107 regulations. Our pilots are licensed and adhere to all local airspace and safety laws.
What if the weather is bad?
Safety and quality are our priorities. If weather conditions are unsafe or would impact image quality, we’ll reschedule your shoot at no extra cost.
Can I request specific shots or styles?
Absolutely! We encourage you to share any angles, features, or creative ideas you’d like captured before the shoot.
Do you offer interior photography too?
Yes — we offer both aerial and interior real-estate photography packages to showcase properties from every angle.
1. Payment:
All payments are due in full prior to delivery of final media. Late payments may delay delivery.
2. Cancellations & Rescheduling:
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Weather-related reschedules are allowed at no charge.
3. Usage Rights:
Clients are granted full commercial usage rights for real-estate marketing purposes. Lakeview Aerials retains the right to use images and video for portfolio and promotional use unless otherwise requested in writing.
4. Safety & Compliance:
All aerial operations are conducted under FAA Part 107 certification. Flights are not permitted in restricted airspace or unsafe weather conditions.
5. Delivery:
Photos and videos are delivered digitally within 24–72 hours after the shoot. Delivery time may vary based on project size and editing requirements.
6. Revisions:
Minor edits are included at no extra cost. Extensive revisions or re-shoots may incur additional fees.
7. Liability:
Lakeview Aerials is not responsible for delays or cancellations caused by weather, restricted airspace, or client inaccessibility to the property.
